PAYMENT SYSTEMS

  1. Payment can be by bank transfer or cheques.

  2. Payment of invoices is expected within seven days of the invoice date. 

VEHICLE & DRIVER REQUIREMENTS

  1. It is the car owner's responsibility to have adequate insurance in place for the 'driver-only chauffeur service'.

  2. The vehicle to be driven is to be of roadworthy standard and checked over by the client prior to being driven. i.e., POWDER checks complete and in order.

  3. Sufficient rest stops for the driver to be factored into journey planning. As a guide, a minimum break of at least 15 minutes after every two hours of driving is recommended in the Highway Code.
